ABC - Weekly Sat Primetime I-A Games in 2006

Word is that ABC will be doing primetime NCAA Div I football games every Saturday during the regular season this coming year. Makes me wonder if anything will happen to that usual Saturday night game on ESPN or not. I'm doubting it.

More hours of football is not a bad thing, but I hope we see some more I-AA football on CSTV, ESPNU, ESPN Classic and whatever outlets there are out there...

I bet ESPN continues the Sat night games with Ron Franklin and Bob Davies. There are just too many games out there to not cover them, and I think there is a limit to how much TV Poker they can show.

One thing I hate about TV coverage, is that ticket holders often don't know what time kickoff will be until 6-7 days out. One more game televised on National Tv during primetime will only make this worse.
