Hard to get too excited about October hockey, but the Flyers are off to their first 3-0 start since '98. xthumbsupx

Nice win against the Craps tonight in OT. No goals scored in the first period and then 10 scored in the final two before the Flyers settle it on a Danny Briere goal in the extra period. Richards with the hat trick. Matt Carle with four assists in the second period. 6-5 OT.

Watched the game with 4 Caps fans as we divided up our season tix. Fantastic game for Versus and the NHL.

Even with the Flyers beating them, they let me have both Flyers games in DC. :) My first game is tomorrow night vs the Rangers.

No Versus for me...have to rely on NHL Network

That really stinks. Until Comcast gets a cut of the NFL in some way shape or form they're not going to stop the war against DirecTV. We all lose.

I am looking forward to seeing them when they hit up Boston on New Year's. Use to watch James van Reimsdyk (sp?) up here @ UNH. I saw he got a concussion last night...is there any word on that down in that area?

Only word so far is "James Van Riemsdyk played just two shifts after getting run into the boards in the second period; he will be checked for a possible concussion Wednesday." If I hear anything today on CSN Philly I'll let you know.

Thanks...I am sure I will be keeping tabs on the Flyers this year...I wish them all the best except when they play the Bruins!

James Van Riemsdyk tested negative for concussion but was still held out of tonight's game.

Flyers lost to the Pens 5-4 tonight. Exciting game. Damn refs are so biased in favor of Sidney and friends that it's sickening. xnonono2x

You need to check YouTube for the last 10 secs. The Flyers crashed the net and all hell broke loose. Pens are accusing Scotty Hartnell of biting Kris Letang's finger in the final scrum. Letang was bleeding, but the video doesn't really show Hartnell biting him. It was funny listening to the Pens announcers get their panties all up in a bunch about Richards running over Fleury and the Hartnell "incident". xlolx

EDIT: Here's the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UneRznYJTcI
