SDSU vs. Cal Poly may not be the top matchup rankings-wise, but probably has the biggest implications for the playoffs. Cal Poly can't afford another loss considering they still have a DII team on the schedule and have no Great West auto-bid, and SDSU finally gets a chance to prove that their first 3 wins weren't just flukes over weak teams.
This will be the best offense the Jacks have gone up against this year, finally a test to see if the defense is as good as the numbers show.

I wanted to vote UNI-Indiana St. but it wasn't there so I went with the two top ten teams!
SIU WIU should be a solid game as well though.

Well, since Elon-Furman isn't there for me to give my homer vote to, I guess I have to vote for the actual best game this week, William & Mary at Villanova.

W&M v. Nova - man I wish the OVC had matchups like this every week! IMO, whoever losses this one may have a tough time recovering ground. Then again, better to lose one like this early rather than late.
As good as the Tribe is playing right now, I'm taking them by 3. xpeacex

Yup! I wanted to vote for two games.
I ended up voting for the Cal Poly-SDSU game because the result will more seriously damage the loser's hopes for an at-large bid.

You can watch it...if you get Versus. First ever nationally televised CAA game.

I had to throw the homer vote as well. Game could very well decide the structure of power in the Big Sky this year. Lots of pressure on both teams to go out and perform. I see us wanting to get a little revenge for the schelacking they gave us in the blizzard last year...

NCCU vs. NCA&TSU
It may not be a game that has playoff implication or rankings at risk but it will be one knock out, drag out, bloody rivalry game between two North Carolina HBCU's. It's no NOVA/W&M but there will be blood before, during and after the game.
Expect a close game with a couple of fights on the field & in the stands. xcoffeex

Call me a skeptic, but I am still not 100% sold on W&M - they have been pretty weak the past few years. Villanova is better than UVA in my opinion, adn this will be a tough test for the Tribe.

I have to pick the border battle. The battle of Dakota. Whoever wins between the Dakota's will have sole posession of first place for the first time ever in the GWFC!!! Its Homecoming for UND and after 3 straight road games its more like a coming home game. Sioux-Coyotes....it will be a great game, soldout crowd, tailgating at the Alerus Center, it doesn't get any better than this. GO SIOUX!!!!!!!

I hope there is 12,000 plus there in Philly........if I recall, last year's game with UR (on TV) had only 7,000 or so, not a "hostile" atmosphere, I recall.

That was an under reported figure and it was just a gloomy day.. that was one of the better student sections we've had since i've been at Nova (we rushed the field). There's definitely more buzz around the team this year and it's showing so far given we're averaging about 10,000 (conservative) a game so far and neither have been bright sunny days. Add to the fact that the game is going to be on some kind of TV and you might get a bigger crowd. If not, oh well.. Hopefully the band will show up.

All I know is I picked a hell of a game to go and watch! xthumbsupx The MSU vs WSU was a very competitive and entertaining game. It was a sea-saw battle all day with both teams making mistakes and playing tough ball. You couldn't ask for a better day to go watch some football either. That one came down to the wire with MSU making about one more play than WSU.
It was nice to meet Native as well and shoot the breeze. xnodx
