Albany @ SFPA - I'm won't pick against Albany in any NEC game. St. Francis appears to not be the team of the past, but they aren't at the level of Albany yet either. I expect a close first half though. If Albany can get the offense clicking - look out - because the defense is ridiculously good.
Bryant vs. Wagner - Going Bryant here. Gut.
CCSU vs. Sacred Heart - SHU showed up against Albany and played better than they did versus Marist and Holy Cross. That still won't be enough against a gritty CCSU team. I'll pick CCSU every week until the Albany game.
Duquesne vs. Robert Morris - using common opponents. Dukes win.

Albany at Saint Francis - No way I pick against the Danes here, but its a long trip to Loretto and the Flash are improved ... still it's UA by a few scores.
Bryant vs. Wagner - Bulldogs should take this at home, but expect a close game.
CCSU vs. Sacred Heart - Homecoming and live TV (MSG+ @ 12:00) for Central's long-awaited return to campus. Big crowd, big win.
Duquesne vs. Robert Morris - GOTW. Its really a toss up, but if RMU can cut out the mistakes, Myles can carry them to victory in Steeltown.

Albany @ SFPA Hope the Franks can keep it close.
Bryant vs. Wagner Not really sure what to make Wagner.
CCSU vs. Sacred Heart CCSU looks very strong.
Duquesne vs. Robert Morris RoMo is dangoursly close to taking over for the Franks as the NEC cellar dweller. Seems like the Oline and QB need to get sorted out.

Albany @ St. Francis (Pa): SFP might make this interesting for two or three quarters but in the end, the Danes will come out on top. Albany 27-14
Bryant vs. Wagner: No doubt the Seahawks can put points on the board. The question is can they score more than Bryant? I'm thinking they will. Wagner 31-27
CCSU vs. SHU: With wins vs. Lehigh and Columbia, CCSU could be the early NEC favorite. SHU still looking for W #1 and won't get it this week at New Britain. CCSU 34-14
Duquesne vs. RMU: Close call. With a combined record of 1-7, neither team has lost any game by more than 7. I'm picking the Dukes at home by a FG. Duquesne 17-14.

Albany @ SFPA SFPA is improved, but I do not think they can win this one.
Bryant vs. Wagner I think Wagner will score enough o win this one.
CCSU vs. Sacred Heart SHU is possibly the worst team in the league.
Duquesne vs. Robert Morris Real close low scoring game. Going with the home team here.

I think this game will show SFPA's football program is taking the correct steps in the right direction. This game will be very close to the end.
Albany 28-20
Bryant vs. Wagner
So which Wagner teams shows up? Bryant played very well on the road at RMU even after falling behind 0-10 early. I see the running game of Bryant and them controlling the game clock being the difference here.
Bryant 20-10
CCSU vs. Sacred Heart
I think CCSU starts slow but finishes fast and by the end of the 3rd quarter the backups are in for both teams.
CCSU 42-10
Duquesne vs.Robert Morris
I just can't pick the Dukes against RMU. RMU starts is 3rd QB of the season but unlike most fans, I saw this one coming for a long time. RMU is pulling the redshirt off of QB Jeff Sinclair. Sinclair is one of the fast players on the team according to reports. I think Coach Walton will get Sinclair out of the pocket and allow him to make some plays with his feet. And it's been reported the Colonials had a great practice on Thursday which typically means that the team is ready to play and focused.
I think the Colonials finally right the ship and get their 1st victory of the year.
RMU 24 - 17
