Furman up 10-0 in the second quarter. Game was delayed an hour due to inclement weather. According to the radio feed, still raining.

Just some notes, Western has done very little moving the football. Has gained most of their yardage on two nice kick returns.

Paladins have had three nice drives. Just fumbled on an end around where the runner tried to do a bit much. Chris Forcier just came in and rushed for 6 yards.

Furman kicks another field goal. Up 13-0.

Wet ball has resulted in a number of fumbles. Furman's defense has completely stifled WCU all game.

They're not used to such a sloppy field. You ever try to run a spread offense in a downpour? Not ideal to say the least. We're apparently killing them on both sides of the ball, and if the weather were cooperating, it would be 30-0. or more? This offense can put some points on the board!

No we shouldn't. Offense has looked fine. Defense has looked stellar. We had a fumble on a drive, but for the most part we've driven the ball at will.

Turn two field goals and one fumble into touchdowns...

Turn two field goals and one fumble into touchdowns...

Why not just say "everytime my team has the ball we will drive down the field and score a touchdown."

....because football doesn't work like that. Fumbles and field goals are part of the game.

Thought Dion Wilson looked good in the 2nd half for WCU. Congrats on the win. We'll keep fighting despite what the popcorn eater thinks. His day is coming.

GO CATAMOUNTS!!!

Care to predict when that may be? WCU is still the worst team in the conference as UTC took down WC tonight.

Wow....with UTC playing this good looks like WCU goes winless.....ouch. I feel sorry for all the homers that predicted a 5 win season for them. It is amazing in one year UTC turns things around and well.....we all know about those kids from WCU.

Someone throw the cats a blanket....it gets cold in the cellar....

Congrats on the rainy win Furman.
