While Cuff is certainly a talent, you could argue that Hilliard had a better year. I don't know Cuff's receiving numbers, though, and Hilliard was not used enough as a receiver this year, that's for sure. Lex only had 11 receptions for 144 yards, although he did have two TDs on receptions, including a 66 yard reception, the longest of the season by a Griz receiver.

I suppose you could make an argument for Mike Murphy at DE, too. He was disruptive in every game he was in, especially before he broke his thumb.

I read somewhere that this All American team was voted on by Sports Information directors around the Country and some Media. Anybody know how those voters relate to the people who voted for the Payton? I wonder if it may mean that Meyer has the inside track for the Payton!

Adam Goloboski, LB from Richmond should have at least been on the 3rd team. He was the 11th leading tackler(10.93 tpg) in IAA and 2nd in the A10 with 131 stops. He also had 7 tfl's, 3 sacks, 1 int, 4pbu and 2 fr this season for the Spiders. He has been a major force on a defense that finished ranked 14th in scoring defense but then again our SID thinks the only player we have on our team is Stacy Tutt!

John Mohring should have been first team over Nkang. Nkang had the big numbers, but Mohring is a much better player.
