Demons visit LSU in Tiger Stadium in 2011
NATCHITOCHES - LSU officials announced Wednesday the Tigers will host Northwestern State for a 2011 game in Tiger Stadium, a year after LSU will welcome NSU’s fellow Division I FCS and Southland Conference colleague McNeese State to Baton Rouge.
While LSU has played FCS-level opponents previously, these will be the first contests in the modern era of NCAA football between the Tigers and in-state Division I FCS teams.
