WR Chris Carter - UC Davis (6-0, 195, Sr., Danville, Calif.)
UC Davis wide receiver Chris Carter shattered a school record with 18 receptions while picking up a career-high 190 receiving yards during the Aggies’ tough loss to Montana. He had 10 catches in the second half including a long of 42 yards late in the fourth quarter as UC Davis tried to catch the Grizzlies. Schmidt pinned the Grizzlies at the 3 with a 31-yard kick in the second quarter and then forced them to start at their 11 a little later in the quarter after a fair catch. His 27-yarder late in the third quarter resulted in a fair catch at the Montana 9.
