UNI AD Refs SHSU-UH BKB Game

Was told about this and I couldn't believed it. Didn't think to confirm it til this morning. Rick Hartzell, the athletic director of UNI was one of the officials for the Houston-SHSU basketball game on Saturday night. Worked out well considering he drove in from San Marcos after Friday night's game into Houston, fresh off knowing his team was heading to the NCAA championship game in Chatty this coming week...

Anyone from UNI know if he does this all the time, reffing games that is?

this was a big controversy last spring because he supposedly made a call that helped us into the tournament.
