That was a hell of a show, I'll say that. I love the sounds of those sousaphones coming out. I did marching band back in high school and undergrad, and that just blew my mind. Kind of reminds me when NC A&T brought their marching band to Rhodes Stadium after we played them, and nobody left their seats at all then as well as they put on quite the show as well..

You are right there. A&T's marching band is awesome. We really enjoyed watching their show when they played for halftime at the Panthers games. I believe SU might edge A&T by just a little bit.

The only mistake I could pick out was that the cameraman should have zoomed in much closer on the dancing girls down front. An opportunity for extreme close-up ethnic bootay was missed.

on ESPN360 for today's football games, they are airing a halftime special about the Grambling St. Marching Band. I watched it and it was very insightful. It's nice to see how an organization can have so much meaning for an entire region, in this case, the New Orleans region.
