First of all, I promise I didn't read the excellent thread you AGSers posted on this earlier (Week 1 --> WEAK) :D

Second of all, I think my piece has relevance to anyone in the Patriot League (maybe the NEC, too) that noticed this first weekend:

It hits a lot of the same notes. It does hit on the NEC > PL (?) stuff, and more.

Excellent article...yes, it appears we're all thinking along the same lines. September will be a real 'reality check' for the PL. As an overall conference, I think the PL is more competitive than the NEC from top to bottom;however, no question that the top tier of the NEC is just as strong as or slightly stronger than the PL, (who at this point would be Colgate and Holy Cross).
