Cal Poly football scrimmage scramble
Strong showings may shake up quarterback, receiver battles

Andre Broadous seemed to put himself back in the mix at quarterback, Dominique Johnson exhibited a flash of brilliance at receiver and the defense showed why it isn’t yet the pillar of strength it was projected to be.
Mustangs head coach Tim Walsh deferred ruling on any position battles prior to watching tape of the scrimmage but said to expect a new depth chart to come out Monday.
That updated chart, Walsh said, could very well be the rough draft of the starting lineup for the season opener against Sacramento State on Sept. 12.
