What is going on at Michigan? It appears the players arent buying into what Rich Rod is selling. Everyteam goes over here and there, to bring it up the press and embaress the coach and the program shows a lack of respect.

Isn't this the same thing that sank Manny Matsakis who was head coach at Texas State.

After reading this, i can't help but think that this whiner is probably part of what is wrong with Michigan. As a competitive athlete, i don't think i would even think about the hours i am putting in. My goal is to do what it takes to win a national championship, not worry about if the coaches are making me come in too much. It just seems so whiny to me and not the kind of guy i would want on my team.

The problem at UM seems to be there are RichRod guys and there are still old-school guys who came under Lloyd Carr. Once RR gets the old guys out his team should improve.
