I think this draw was very nice to the UK sides.
Manchester United in Group B should have no trouble navigating their group and moving on.
Chelsea in Group D have very easy travel and should win the group easily as last year.
Liverpool in Group E have familiar European competition and I can't see them getting tripped up.
Rangers in Group G have what is probably the weakest group top-to-bottom, and just about anything can happen there.
Arsenal in Group H should coast through to the knock-out stages.

The most interesting group, to me, is Group A, as any combination of sides could advance.
Group C is the only group to have 3 previous champion clubs.
Of course, the toughest match-up is in Group F.

Incredible that a club like Real isn't a protected top seed xeekx

Nice draw for the Gunners, just need to keep their heads about them and no serious injuries xnodx

Real wasn't even close to being in Pot 1. Lyon and Inter were both ahead of Real within Pot 2, and Bayern (the last seed in Pot 1) was a good 20 points ahead of Real Madrid. xreadx

That said, it says a lot of good things about all the top clubs that 11 sides could have arguably been top seeds without complaint. xthumbsupx
