I've got something pretty exciting to announce. I have made a new website that will attempt to be a one-stop shop for news, links, and schedule information. It's intended to cover all of Division I football, but it strives to cover FCS and FBS evenly.
It's still a bit raw, though, so I would like to get people's feedback as to how to make it better.
Over the next few weeks I'll be activating the news feeds for all the schools in FCS. Currently I have activated the Patriot League, Delaware, and a few other schools. Next up I'll create the rest of the CAA and the SoCon.
The main site is:
http://college-sports-source.appspot.com/
FCS Scoreboard:
http://college-sports-source.appspot.com/Scores.html?subd=FCS
FCS Standings:
http://college-sports-source.appspot.com/Standings.html?subd=FCS
FCS Teams:
http://college-sports-source.appspot.com/Teams.html?subd=FCS
From the team menu, click on a team to get information.
I'll use this thread to announce new team feeds I've added and new releases of the code.
Hope everyone enjoys it and finds it useful.

Basically you are doing something like what CSN has? I have a website that tracks injuries, transfers, does awards, player ratings, etc. so this is good. This is good stuff. Thanks!xthumbsupx

Looks like a "work in progress"...
The more FCS, the better. I wonder if there is a way to link up the CSN News Feeds with some other RSS out there that would improve the content. Looks like it has been done to some degree already with TSN and Nick Deriso.

I mentioned that to the moderators here about adding as many RSS feeds that we can. I think it only helps the website.

Forgot to mention that the complete FCS scoreboard for Week 1 is here:
http://college-sports-source.appspot.com/Scores.html?subd=FCS
And has all the updated DIRECT LINKS to content online. So this page is a portal to getting at the online video from the team's/conference's official websites. For example, NDSU/Iowa State has a link to the "Clone Zone", Iowa State's Jump.TV site, where you can watch it online.
Also, all the content that gets posted on the CSN Log gets listed in the news feed for FCS. So if it gets posted there, it gets integrated into the feed on here.

If that's the theory we're operating under than I urge everyone to check out www.championshipsubdivision.com (http://www.championshipsubdivision.com).
A new schools directory has been added for each FCS school with vital fan information including fan sites, blogs, local media outlets and related RSS feeds.
Also a stadium database has been created that includes some interesting information (home win-loss records, attendance information, etc..) and includes pictures.
These great resources will only get better with user generated content...because who knows this information better than the real fans? No one. xthumbsupx

Would it be possible for you to hot link the teams on each schedule to their team pages? Also, if you could provide a link from your media logos to their details information (channel information for example), that would be awesome. Like if your Comcast SportsNet logo linked directly to a page listing channels by region or some such thing like that. I think these would make it more user friendly.
So far I think this looks great.

Some feeds just don't have much as others. With the CSN Log's feeds in there, though, you're guaranteed some news, even if it's a bit on the stale side.
Not sure about the next one I'll get to. Probably the SoCon followed by the MVFC.

Thanks for the feedback. Linking the schedule to the team pages shouldn't be much of a problem - I'll get to that soon. For the media logos, are you saying all of them link to the same sort of page? (e.g. Comcast's and Time Warner Cable's logos link to the same channel listing place).

LFN, maybe you could liink to a page that had all the major carriers on it like DirecTV, Dish, cable, etc. Then link to each of their channel listing pages like this one for DirecTV http://www.directv.com/see/pdf/chnllineup.pdf. I'm not exactly sure how it would work, It would be nice to have these kinds of resource right there.
There are some other interesting resources online, like this http://www.ilovesatellitetv.com/direct_tv_channel_guide_listing_lineup.html

The SoCon is in. The conferences that are in there currently are the Big Sky, CAA, Patriot, and SoCon.
Bryant was fixed: they're now in the NEC. Waiting to improve navigation, and need t double-check Week One TV/broadcast information.

UPDATE:
* Added user-friendly links from the standings on the team page, e.g. if you're on Villanova's team page, all you need to do is click on "Delaware" on the standings page and you'll be taken to the Blue Hen's team page. (Thanks turbodean)
* Added more TV information and internet broadcast links. Added all the Montana State games and ODU/Chowan (playing on Cox 11). I think the Week 1 schedule is complete for both FCS and FBS - notably, I already included ALL the internet linkgs for Week 1 from CBS College Sports XXL, ESPN360, and College Sports Direct games.
If you want to verify the list, click here:
http://college-sports-source.appspot.com/Scores.html
Note you can use this page as a portal for your gameday broadcast needs - it links right to it!
(Notes: All the CollegeSportsDirect games I have linked to their specific conference or team links, so if something's covered by, say, OVCSports.TV it will be linked to there instead of CSD.)
* Question to folks looking at this: Would it be helpful if I put a link somewhere on the site to TV Guide's listing page (where you can customize what your TV carrier is)? If so, where ought it to go?
* Next up: adding team feeds for the SWAC, followed by the Big South.
