As you may know by now, MSU lost their #1 and #2 RBs. The scrimmage Saturday saw a running back by committee play.

The O scored 34 points on 361 yards. The D had 2 interceptions, 4 sacks, and 5 broken up passes.
Kirby completed 7 of his first 8 before the WRs forgot how to catch. 11 different players caught 22 passes.
I was INCREDIBLY impressed with how much our defense has improved. For those that don't know, we switched from 4-3 to 3-4 this year and it's had a huge impact. The longest rushing plays of the afternoon were 10-yard gains by juco transfer Chris Douglas and Kirby.
Next scrimmage is next saturday.
