Offense Shines As Lions Hold Short Scrimmage
HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana University football team worked out for over two hours in full gear on Saturday focusing on short yardage along with its two-minute package before conducting a 30-play scrimmage.
Brian Babin connected with Simmie Yarborough on a long touchdown pass during the Lions’ two-minute drill and found Andre Cryer in the end zone in short yardage play before hitting Chris Wilson for a touchdown in the team’s final period that was complete with game officials.
