Talk about a major, major blow for the Bears. We already lost our #1 RB, Kingjack Washington, to grades. Now we lost our backup, Stephen Johnston, to a torn ACL on the first day of full-pad practice.

Wow.

Junior Stephen Johnston, expected to get the majority of the carries, is out for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

Wow, that really is a big blow. Seems to be the way things are going for MSU lately. Bad break after bad break. Hopefully someone is able to step up for you.

Seems like the coaching staff must have been working on backups already. MSU just announced today the addition of two new RBs. A JUCO stud, Chris Douglas, and a good true frosh from florida, Curtis Daley.

We'll also have true frosh Mikael Cooper-Falls, who has Johnston-size with Kingjack-quickness.

This is getting pretty old. Looks like another lost season before it even begins.

I can feel for you about the injury bug, we had it up our a$$ all last season. Hopefully someone can step in and step up to fill the position.
