CSN So South: Big South Conference Expecting Competitive Season

An air of confidence and excitement filled a handful of meeting rooms July 31 at the Renaissance Suites Hotel in Charlotte, N.C., as the Big South Conference held its annual Media Day. It seemed clear that the players, coache s and administrators representing the league’s seven football programs expect the 2009 season – the eighth for Big South football – to be its most competitive.
