McNeese State coach likes WRs
LAKE CHARLES — After only two days of workouts — both with players in shorts, T-shirts and helmets — McNeese State co-offensive coordinator Broderick Fobbs is liking what he’s seeing from his wide receivers.
“It’s a blue-collar group we have out there,” Fobbs said. “They work hard, they play hard and they are hungry. They are ready to show what they can do.”
Last season, the Cowboys counted on senior standouts Steven Whitehead and Quinten Lawrence.
