SLU Opens Fall Practice With Crisp Workout
Southeastern Louisiana University officially opened fall practice Friday afternoon that capped off a busy day as third-year coach Mike Lucas welcomed 90 players to camp.
The Lions, who open the season Sept. 5 at home against Texas A&M-Commerce, went through their conditioning test in the morning before holding team meetings prior to hitting the field for the first time in shorts and helmets.
