(in no particular order)
Duke basketball - there isn't any other sport down there worthy enough to hate.

UVA - every sport, no exceptions.

Yankees - duh

Red Sox - yeah, you won the WS. Do we have to listen to your fans bitch for another 86 years???

Eagles/Giants/Cowboys - NFC East foes

Braves/Marlins/Mets/Phils - eh...I don't really hate. How 'bout I root against them when they are playing the Nats?

Any team playing against JMU football on that particular day...otherwise, no real hate at all.

The only team I can say I really hate is Florida State in Football. In the late 90's, when the Seminoles contended for the National Championship every year, I worked with this little brown-nosing, annoying prick who used to be a Florida State cheerleader. His cubicle was decorated with FSU flags, pennants, jerseys, pictures, hats, coffee mugs, etc. He talked endlessly about how great his team was and was unbearable on a Monday morning after a Seminole victory. The worst part was - for as big a "fan" as he was he knew next to nothing about football. Most chicks could discuss the game at his level.

Anyway, I found myself being a huge fan of whoever FSU was playing just in the hopes of shutting him up. It stuck with me.

Baseball - Yankees. I recently became the 100,000,000th person to join the official "I Hate the Yankees" Club (I kid, I kid, but I hate the Yankees)
I also disliked the Nationals when they were in first place, but since my Braves and the rest of the division toppled them by season's end, I couldn't hate them anymore.

College Football - Virginia Tech and Florida State can suck it forever. I didn't know what to do about the ACC Championship game, so I decided a Tech loss to a team UVA beat would be more satisfying and cheered for the stupid Seminoles.

Pro Football - I have no hate for any team, though I seriously disliked the Aikman, Irvin, Smith Cowboys...but since they're all gone, I can't hate them, plus Bill Parcells is a good coach.

College anything, just to cover basketball, etc. - Virginia Tech, as we'll beat them in pretty much everything to win the Commonwealth Challenge
