Not good for the Eagles to lose Bradley. Hopefully Mays can step up and there won;t be a big drop off (there will be some).

Could have NDSU starting at MLB and JMU (Akeem Jordan) starting at OLB.

"The Eagles, as expected, announced the signing of linebacker Matt Wilhelm this afternoon. A two-year starter with San Diego, Wilhelm was released by the Chargers a few weeks ago. He is expected to contend for the middle linebacker spot left vacant after Stewart Bradley tore his anterior cruciate ligament on Sunday. Joe Mays is currently running with the first team, but Omar Gaither is expected to be given a fair shot at the job."

Joe Mays is starting tonight against the Pats. Hopefully he cements his spot.

I'll be mildly surprised if there isn't at least one ESPN highlight of him obliterating a Patriot.

All starting linebackers for the Eagles are FCS guys. Jordan, Mays and Gocong.

That is great news! It is not surprising after seeing him up close and in person for an entire week last year. If he was just 6'1 or so he probably would have gone in the 4th round, or higher. Mays is a heck of a player! xthumbsupx
