None of those individuals were part of the NDSU family during their time in I-AA/FCS. Can not quite say those are representatives of FCS in the CFB Hall of Fame, eh? ;)

But, a current FCS school with representatives in the College Football Hall of Fame.
Notice Yale had 28 members.

Nor were they representatives of FCS, since no such thing existed at the time.
I don't see why we need to put labels on them. It's not the I-A Hall of Fame or the NAIA Hall of Fame...right?
But for the record, I think we're talking about one guy from the pre-classification days and two from College Division/D-II. For records purposes, the NCAA lumps the College Division and D-II together.

I checked Fordham & found two members of the "seven Blocks of Granite" as well as Coach Kavanaugh. Was amazed to not see Vince Lombardi. Apparently acceptance must be restricted to what you did in college rather than throughout your fball career. Still, I am surprised he was not admitted.
