Thank god. Don't have to hear about him on ESPN anymore. He tarished a great legacy by keeping up this lil act.

I agree plus this weakens Minnesota and helps the Bears

I actually think the Vikings will do better without Favre, if they are smart enough to start Rosenfelds. Rosenfelds just has to hand the ball off to AD, and make a few passes to some good recievers to keep the defense honest. Favre would have tried to do too much and caused more turnovers.

The Bears on the other hand still have the same coach with a different QB. I predict Cutler will have a bad year with Love and gang. Cutler will be better after Love gets the ax though.

Packers defense will tell the tale in Green Bay. Offense is in great shape.

Damn. I was hoping for another stupid interception to an Eagles DB in a crucial playoff game.

Two weeks from now he'll be trying to come back again.

Agreed. xpeacex

He'll always be one of the greats, but he's too old. Evidenced by his play toward the end of last season... his body can't take the beating.

As far as this Viking fan goes, I've spent almost all my adult life hating Farve. The idea that I was going to have to cheer for him this year made me feel like vomiting.

Agreed, he's staying retired for the pre-season. Look for an unretirement date near the beginning of September.
