Former Portland State and NFL quarterback great Niel Lomax has volunteered to coach at Roosevelt High School Roughriders in Portland Oregon.

Somebody in a conversation we had the other day was wondering what he was up to these days. Glad to see his skills will be used to help others on the field. Great QB for sure, lets see what kind of coach he is.

Lomax was my favorite of that NFC East era when your 5 starting QBs were Simms, Jaworski, Danny White, Thiesmen and Lomax.
