Montana State Lands Veteran RB Coach
Former Wyoming and Northern Colorado coach Bryan Applewhite has joined the Montana State staff as running backs coach, Bobcat coach Rob Ash announced Wednesday.
Coaching the same position at Wyoming the past six seasons, Applewhite mentored two of the Cowboys’ three all-time leading rushers (Devin Moore, 2,963 yards, and Wynel Seldon, 2,672 yards). Both have spent time on NFL rosters. Prior to joining the Wyoming staff in 2003, the 1998 Northern Colorado graduate coached at his alma mater from 1999-2002.
