Since I apparently posted a couple too many paragraphs I will cut off the early part of the article and post the paragraphs related to the topic...
Papelbon got the final out with two on to earn his 132nd career save, tying Bob Stanley for the most in Red Sox history. Papelbon has 19 saves this season in 20 opportunities.
Lifetime against Baltimore, he’s 20 for 20 with a 0.39 ERA.

Dude, it's against the O's. That's like UNH rushing the field over a win over Towson.

One of the columnists in today's Hartford Courant wrote about the Red Sox "hosting" the Orioles last night! He asked when was the last time there were more Orioles' fans in Camden Yards than Red Sox fans? xeekx :D

Not all 132 came against the Orioles.

Yep, that Bob Stanley. THE goat if you believe it was him that didn't execute the pitch Rich Gedman signed. Everybody forgets that wild pitch that allowed the tying run to score and instead takes it out on poor Billy Buck. Dave Stapleton should have been playing 1B just like he did late in games all season.
Where's the love for Dick Radatz?
The Talking Heads on NESN were commenting the other night about how many times Radatz had to pitch multiple innings to earn his save, about how much easier it is to get a save today with the specialized pitching roles. The Monster was one scary guy out there on the mound, a huge guy throwing serious cheese. ;) xnodx xnodx xnodx

Well I wasn't going to because I didnt want to take anything away from Baltimore, but last nite was a 1 in a billion event.
13 hits in two innings? the Sox bullpen hadnt given up that many total in their past 18 1/3 innings prior to that.
The Red Sox regardless of last nite still have the best bullpen in baseball

I watched the 8th and 9th on the MASN replay this morning. Good stuff!
Btw, that home plate umpire was pathetic last night. He should be demoted. Papelbon got a strike on a ball that was a foot outside and then walked the same hitter on a pitch that was beautifully thrown in the up and in corner of the strike zone. That was just two of many, many wrong calls I saw in just two innings.
