First BCS Transfer To Join Football Monarchs
NORFOLK, Va. – Virginia transfer Jason Fuller has been added to the Old Dominion football roster, it was announced on Friday by Monarch head coach Bobby Wilder.
“I am excited with the signing of Jason Fuller,” said Wilder. “Jason is our first B.C.S. transfer. He has everything we are looking for in a student-athlete at Old Dominion. He has an undergraduate degree from one of the top business schools in the country, he is a great person, and he is passionate about playing football at Old Dominion. When I first asked him why he would consider transferring from UVA to ODU, he simply said I want to be part of something special. That, as much as his football ability, excited me as the head coach.”
