If it makes you feel better, although App's football team won today, the basketball team lost by 30+

It must be a game that uses the other painted lines I saw drawn on the Kidd-Brewer field today...

If App basketball fans are anything like too many of them were when I was there, they probably didn't even realize that ASU-Davidson was happening. All they noticed is that UNC beat Kentucky.

Meanwhile SIU's basketball team won at Wyoming.

It is simply a minor, almost non-revenue sport that we mountain people enjoy in the late fall, winter and early spring to tide us over until spring football practice begins.

Exactamundo (wih apologies to the Fonz). Now I'm sure the Klondike bar across from HCC in Boone was packed to the gills.

App.State shouldn't hang there heads, Davidson will own everybody in roundball when all is said and done. WCU did pick up their 3rd win in a row, knocking off mountain rival UNC-Asheville 80-64 in Cullowhee. WCU now sits at 5-5, 0-0 in SoCon. Was shocked that UNC-CH won at Rupp Arena! GO CATAMOUNTS!!!

Guess you never heard of SOCCER?
The lines were painted before the school got a new outdoor soccer field.

Personally, I have no problem overlooking them becuse except for the outlines where the goals go, there are no white lines.

Regardless of lines, bathrooms, Field Turf, etc etc. ASU won yesterday and all the sour grapes from adversaries cannot take that away.
Next Saturday is another game. ASU may lose or win. We'll see.

To those who like to nitpick at ASU--three words of advice. Get over it!!

Sure. Come on down. We would love to have a flagship school play in KBS. Only one we've had was Maine, that I can recall.

Either UNC's squad of MacD's All-Americans is paying off, or Ky is really sukking this year.
