Old Dominion Keeping Alexander as Broadcaster
June 12, 2009) Ted Alexander, the play-by-play voice of the ODU men’s basketball team the past two seasons, will call the action for the ODU football broadcasts this fall and will continue in the same capacity for men’s basketball games, as announced today by Old Dominion University and CBS Collegiate Sports Properties, the multi-media rights partner of Old Dominion University.
“I’m ecstatic to be named the Voice of the Monarchs,” said Alexander. “I’ve had a great time working with the men’s basketball team the past two years and can’t wait to be a part of the re-birth of the Monarch football program.”
