Oh the NCAA is so baaaaaaaaaaaaad, they should be sued. They (Jacksonville State University is a voting member) should not be in control of their own tournament should they?

It seemed pretty clear that Jax State was already given the news: sacrifice Perriloux's senior year, and as a result we'll magically remove the historic penalties and cite APR "improvement". Plus, you'll still be able to schedule FBS schools.

I'm still wondering why Indiana basketball, Purdue football, etc. get "exemptions" for APR improvement while Chattanooga and Jax State, with similar improvements on a shoestring budget, get historic penalties. xconfusedx

The season hasn't started but you can already scratch one team out of the playoffs. Hope JSU gets their act together and have the ban lifted for 2010.
