NCCU Player is Second Arrested for Purse Snatching
Chapel Hill, N.C. — A North Carolina Central University football player suspected in a May 8 purse snatching has surrendered, the Chapel Hill Police Department said Thursday.
Littbarski S. Blackwood, 19, was being held on $6,000 bond in the Orange County Detention Center.
