Agreed.

The article says that the Temple, Siena, and Va Tech games are part of the Philly Classic Tourney. It says that the latter are at the Palestra but implies that the Temple games is at BCC. Is that how you read it?

I'll probably head up for the Penn game. I want to see the Palestra, a glaring ommission to date in my fandom resume, and I figure it'll be more fun with true home fans there on the other side.

The Temple game, as I know it, is supposed to be on campus at Delaware.

Seriously, never been to the Palestra????? Wow. When I was a kid and they were still playing real Big 5 doubleheaders we used to go all the time. Best game I saw there, though, was the high school state semifinal between Chester and Kobe's Lower Merion team. Game went OT and was just electric.

Rarely - past 10 years we played them 3 teams, twice in a regular season and once in a post season NIT. If Delaware is good (only time the program was good was throughout the 90's) nova won't play us, and when we're bad, nova won't play us (can't blame them). Actually had nova visit the Bob a few years ago as well.

I'm not that much older (15 years or so) but I was there when they were still allowed to throw streamers (not the JMU, a few here and there variety decades later, I mean the full, can't see in front of your face variety and the game would stop for several minutes). It was kind of cool. xthumbsupx

Of course UD will get flattened, heck, the list of teams we've been flattened by is long and distinguished, and several undistingueshed as well. xpeacex
