With the announcement of the return of Pat Patriot for several games this season marking the 50th anniversary of the AFL a lot of Patriots fans have been calling for the total return of Pat Patriot...

I am one fan who welcomed a new look back in the 1990's if for no other reason then the absolute suckiness that we suffered through for years.... Sure its not a logos fault, but a new look brought a new attitude for Patriots fans...

That said, I do wish Pat Patriot made a full return...

The question to you, which logo is better...

I wonder if one of the local HS's near me would switch back if the Pats did. Hard to see, but they went to the Flying Elvis when the Pats did. Their football team however just has Patriots in script on their helmets.

For $100, I'd swing by with some Ortho and take care of their crack grass problem on the sidewalk. :p

Dude, I know Bethesda is money. Don't they set aside a little of your MontCo school taxes for landscaping?

Good call. This one is in Rockville and is probably next in line to be redone. The high and middle schools in Bethesda and Potomac have all been redone recently.

As a Pats fan i like the ones they have now. I think they're sleek yet stylish. I like the silver pants with the simple pinstripes along with the basic blue. Plus the Patriots have had their greatest success while in this version. It has changed since the mid 90's, but the basic design has remained the same. The Pats have 3 Super Bowl titles in 5 appearances.

I think the old school uni's would look a little silly out there. I still remember when the Pats played in them and how horrendous they were. I like them for their old school value but they are a little too much and the track record in them is less than stellar. I would be like Denver going back to their old orange cruch uni's. They're cool for a minute but when you really look at them they're a little silly. There are uni's that last forever, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Raiders, Redskins, Miami and there's some that have been trying to get it right forever.

I was never a fan of the Flying Elvis. Really all this is about is marketing and selling more jerseys.
