Nichols and Overbay Highlight Eastern Washington?s Red-White Game
With Nichols passing for 221 yards, seniors help offensive squads finish with 361 yards of offense and four touchdowns
There were not any points on the scoreboard, but there was no doubt that senior quarterback Matt Nichols was the MVP and senior tight end Nathan Overbay was a close runner-up as a healthy offense took on an injury-depleted defense in Eastern Washington University’s annual Red-White Spring Football Game Saturday (April 25) at Woodward Field in Cheney, Wash.
