Spiders? home football attendance likely to jump in 2009
The University of Richmond finished No. 1 in the Football Championship Subdivision last season but No. 56 among 118 FCS schools in average home attendance, according to the NCAA. The Spiders averaged 7,337 at UR Stadium in five regular-season games and a playoff game vs. Eastern Kentucky.
