Creighton Enthusiastic About Drake Spring Football Practice Print
DES MOINES, IOWA - Second-year Drake football coach Chris Creighton likes what he has seen so far after the completion of week one of spring football practice.
“The first week always flies by,” said Creighton, whose team posted a 6-5 record last fall, including a 4-4 fourth-place finish in the Pioneer Football League. “Everyone was chomping at the bit to get out here, players and coaches. We had a blast the first week.”
