Just excited that basketball is back tonight.
Poll for who you think will win.
Have 'Nova beating Dook, need that to happen to help my money bracket. Other 3 games are chaulk for me.

All I want is for Missouri to win and I'll be content.
I'm also happy basketball is back. I've got withdraws from having so much of it last weekend.

I have Missouri and Villanova both in my Final Four... with a Louisville vs. Villanova final. If nothing else, I will have fun watching the games over the next two days!

In the only close Big East game of the night, "Down, down, down, Duke is going down".
Pitt wins comfy, UConn wins by half-a-million, whatever the line is, give the points.
Memphis-Mizzou is a toughie, I just wanna say take Memphis, but Mizzou could surprise....

Xavier, Duke, UConn, Memphis.
A UConn-Memphis game will be awesome, if it happens. That would be a National-Championship-caliber game happening in a regional final.

Why do people still overrate Memphis? I don't get it. They can prove themselves tonight and I'll keep my mouth shut since tonight will be their first competition since losing to Syracuse in December. But if (when) they lose, I hope there isn't complaining from people who picked them to make it to the final four or NC.

what's so outrageous about picking Memphis to beat Mizzou, I don't think they're a championship team but I don't think they are garbage either. I think beating Gonzaga (handily) on the road could be considered competition. xconfusedx Especially when you take into consideration that this team is almost totally different from last year's. With that said I'll take Memphis, Nova, Pitt, and UConn.

I'd just assumed that there would be a dropoff for Memphis this year after losing so many key guys (Rose, Douglas-Roberts, Dorsey, etc.). I hadn't watched them much this year other than early in the season against UMass. But by every account they're better defensively, better at shooting free throws, and, judging by the first two games of the tourney, they're dangerous shooting the three, something that wasn't really part of their game last year (and they seem to have added that component without having sacrificed the aggressive, take-it-to-the-basket nature of their offense). They seem to be just as big and long and physically imposing as they were last year. They could certainly lose to Missouri or UConn, but I won't be the least bit surprised if they win the whole thing, especially since none of the other teams look unbeatable, either.

Very true...though with this Sweet 16, the only teams that would surprise me as champions are Purdue, Xavier and Arizona. I like the upsets and all but with all of these top seeds we are left with a great sweet 16.

I have Memphis in my final four, but don't think they'll make it past that. Free throw shooting still isn't wher it needs to be for them to pull out a close game.

Definitely. It's wide-open from this point on, which should make it a lot of fun to watch.

And looks like it continues with Nova all over Duke.....Coach K might want to take back that statement about the ACC being better, he's getting manhandled by the Big East's No. 4 team.

Gonzaga has the horses to run with UNC. If the 'Zags bring their "A" game they can beat the Tar Heels.

Carolina manhandled them just as easily...twice.

Name one player on Gonzaga that is better than their North Carolina counterpart.

Both teams starting five may very easily play in the NBA. Gonzaga's talent level is legit.
Heytvelt probably projects as a better pro than Hansborough, Austin Daye and Lawson will both be lottery picks, Pargo is easily on par with Wellington but Pargo can be careless, Boldin can play with anyone on UNC too.

Mike Anderson continues to be Memphis' kryptonite. His UAB team was the last team to beat Memphis in CUSA. xlolx Fired up for tonight, I get to see my favorite player after Toney Douglas. (Terrence Williams)

Damn you Memphis. Lost a Final 4 team. Most people in my pool had them as well though, some with UConn could pass me if Mizzou doesn't pull it off though. At least I had 'Nova winning. Currently in 2nd place in money bracket.

They only look like pee if you have an unhealthy diet or eat a lot of asparagus.
