So let me get this straight. Regardless of how high his blood-alcohol level was (rumored to be 1.5 times over the Florida legal limit), how do you have time to flash your headlights at someone, then still run them over???

He is a fool for driving all screwed up. He has the money to get a limo or at the very least cab fare. Hope the judge makes an example out of him. Chances are that he will get off with a slap on the wrist and go about his business.
