DeAndre Presley to Get Snaps as Appalachian's QB

Armanti Edwards, the Mountaineers’ All-America quarterback and a senior to be, will have his spring-practice time limited after having arthroscopic surgery Jan. 14 to repair a slight meniscus tear in his right knee.
So Presley, a backup to Edwards last season as a freshman and the only other scholarship quarterback in camp, is expected to get the majority of snaps in spring drills, which started Tuesday.
