NEWARK – The first decision Josh Baker made about his forced University of Delaware exile last spring demonstrated he was determined to learn and benefit from his mistake.
Suspended from the university last March for a year after an alcohol-related arrest in Philadelphia, the Blue Hen football tight end elected not to return to his home in Chesapeake, Va.
Too many potential negative influences, he decided.
