This nationwide ban on sales of youth motorcycles and ATVs over "lead concerns" might be the most ridiculous law I have ever heard of. Whoever proposed this law and the lawmakers who passed it must be complete morons. Back when I was a boy I grew up riding dirt bikes on my Grandpops farm AND my Mom even smoked throughout her pregnancy with me. I turned out just fine (according to me).

"Angry with a nationwide ban on sales of youth motorcycles and ATVs over lead concerns, one of the biggest dealers in Southern California plans to sell the child-size vehicles today despite potential criminal penalties."

Hopefully other dealerships follow suit and defy this outrageous ban.

Whoever wrote this law need to walk around with a DUMB ARSE sign around their necks.
The people that wrote it are dumb, the people that passed it are dumb, and the people that support this are really dumb.
Like he said, I am yet to see a kid go outside and start chewing on their dirt bikes.

The dealer's around Jackson are hot as hell.
One guy said he gonna sele his bikes one way or another.
Either at his shop or through private transactions.
