Former University of Delaware and National Football League quarterback Jeff Komlo, who had been wanted in Chester County, Pa., since May 2005 for sentencing on drunk-driving convictions, died in a car crash in Athens, Greece, on Saturday, according to the America's Most Wanted website.
The information was attributed to the FBI.
Komlo was 52.

I remember he had nice games against Colgate in '77 and '78. Always sad to hear about a death too young.

I wonder if he was drunk when he crashed?
If so, I sure as heck hope he didn't injure/kill anyone else in the crash.
And if he WAS drunk, and killed innocent people, then I hope he burns in Hell.
Otherwise, may he rest in peace.

yeah that's a perfectly legitimate question based on the circumstances. i'm kinda curious too.
regardless, a very sad story.
