The Buffaloes will lose one Distribution point for not recruiting a TE. The Committee recognizes that the Landis philosophy leaves no room for this useless appendage, but, as they say, the rules are the rules.

The "DC Combine" time will only be used if it is verified by the skimpy resources available to all teams in this exercise.
