Wow! NDSU only lead 2-0 at the beginning, with Oakland leading the other ~38 minutes of the game.
Possibly the biggest sports event in the history of the state.
Wow.
We crashed the Bisonville server at halftime. Hopefully there's enough liquor in Sioux Falls.

The Macallan 18 is already gone here... luckily, I may have committed many sins in my life but running out of drinkable whisky is not one of them.
And, yeah, I'm trying to get Bisonville back up - been on the phone with tech support. It was automatic flood control so they disabled the main script.

That was a great game to watch. I thought maybe NDSU was gonna choke they couldn't get anything done out there they couldn't get a jumper but then in the second half they buckled down shut down Oakland who was red hot in the first half and took care of business. Can't wait til Sunday to see who the play next. Good luck NDSU!!!xthumbsupx

I ventured over to Sioux Sports today and read all the good things UND fans were saying about the Bison. I actually had tears in my eyes. Thanks for all the Kudos UND Fans, and good luck in St Paul next weekend in the hockey playoffs.

Congrats and Good Luck Bison!!!!!!
To make sure you fully appreciate what you've accomplished, let me tell you about New Hampshire Basketball. I've been watching for 40 years and we've never come close to making the NCAA Tournament. We've never even played in the conference championship. We've never been regular season champions. We've never won 20 games in a season (best ever was 19-9). We've only had eight winning seasons since WWII. xoopsx xoopsx
Quite an accomplishment to make the Big Dance in your first year!!!! xbowx xbowx xbowx xbowx

Us Sioux fans will cheer for the Bison until 2012 then all the cheering is off. xsmiley_wix

About 10 minutes into the game I told my wife not to worry because there was no way Oakland would keep hitting so many shots. I was getting nervous about our chances after a few minutes of the 2nd half up until there the last minute or two.
I just hope we make a respectable showing in the 1st round game.

It's all in the luck of the draw, who knows you could get an inconsistent team.

ESPN says NDSU will be a 13 seed..so at least you won't be getting a Duke or North Carolina in round 1. This way a little tourny experience can get you far.

As long as they don't draw my Noles, I'll be pulling for them.

I think Gonzaga would be a fun matchup for the BisonBurgers.
Congrats guys! Good luck in the tourney.

The first round matchup for NDSU could vary a lot in the next couple days while the major tournament teams sort out their conference tournaments but the Bison should be a 13 or a high 14. Could match up with anyone from Kansas down to Florida St and everyone in between. The thing this team would struggle most with would be a big athletic front line (which is what most of these major conference teams have). I think a matchup with a team like Marquette would be ideal.

Congrats Bisons! I don't think I will be seeing such a great sight from my UCA Bears when we become eligible after finishing just 10-19 (3-13) this season...

As long as WKU doesn't get Gonzaga, I'm fine with NDSU drawing them. ;)

I read a quote from Coach Phillips when they were stuck in S.D. because of the snow saying he'd play an all-star team in the first round if the NCAA would send them to Miami. xrotatehx
