San Marcos — After last season ended in a whimper, Texas State head football coach Brad Wright made a plea.
He didn’t need much, but he didn’t want to see his team fold again after taking a 10-point lead in one of the most-hostile venues in the Football Championship Subdivision. The Bobcats were run off the field by Montana, giving up 286 rushing yards.
