UNI alum Kurt Warner is QB for Arizona, so I gotta support them! Could be his third Superbowl win!

St. Louis lost to NE in 2001 so it would be his second. I'm pulling for the Cards but i believe the Steelers will win. They're the more complete team imo.

Steelers. Easily.

Absolutely.

Even though the game will probably be a blowout, it'll still be more interesting than watching Bruce Springsteen perform at halftime.

After watching the Titans completely humiliate the Steelers, they've got to be kicking themselves in the @$$ for rolling up 400 yards of offense against the Ravens and only scoring 10 points because of careless turnovers. That said, Go Cardinals!!!

GO STEELERS!!!!

Contrary to what others have said on here, Arizona is not a bad team (I picked them to win over the Eagles), and the Steelers shouldn't blow them out. I expect this to be a Steelers win by about a touchdown.

Where's the option for "I don't really care?"

I'm not rooting for either team. Yet another year where I can't root for the Panthers or root against the Patriots or Eagles.

I'll watch the game for some good commercials and hopefully a competitive game. xnodx

Don't care as much about this one as I did about last year's, but since I'm a 49ers fan, I'll pull for my fellow NFC West team.

Plus, the fact that no one saw this coming.

No one. xlolx

Go Cardinals! xthumbsupx

I'm pulling for the Cards even though the Steelers should be heavy favorites.

Steelers [Falcons]. Easily.

Absolutely.

Even though the game will probably be a [Carolina] blowout...

Last week
Steelers [Eagles] by 10+.

Last Year
Steelers [Patriots] open as 6 1/2 to 7 [14] point favorites.

I don't know who'll win but go Cardinals, it looks like you'll be able to play the "us against the world" card yet again.

I knew they'd win over the Eagles, but this one is a tough one. I wouldn't be surprised if your prediction is correct, although I picked the Cards and think it might go in their favor by a TD. I think the Cards can exploit some real mismatches on Offense, assuming their D can handle Beg Ben & crew.

Either way, I think this will be an entertaining game.

Arizona has UNI alums Kurt Warner and Brandon Keith. Plus Warner and Fitzgerald carried my fantasy team, and I dominated Madden 09 with them

I have to go Cards

I want to know why ESPN has to talk about Pittsburgh being "the best sports franchise EVAR" before they have even played this game.

Kinda like how the '07-'08 Patriots were talked about being "the best sports team ever" before they had played Super Bowl XLII.

This may be my least favorite time of the year to watch or listen to ESPN or any sports talk for that matter because it's 2 straight weeks of overanalysis and overhype. I'm sure we all need 3 hours of NFL Live everyday in order to be ready for the Super Bowl.

Probably because they have been the best run franchise in the NFL since the merger in 1970 regardless of the outcome of the pending Super Bowl. The next step is very logical, because the NFL is clearly the best run professional sports league so therefore its best run franchise should be pretty high in the runnings for best franchise in sports.

The numbers for the Pittsburgh Steelers since the merger don't lie:

Most Super Bowl wins (5 - tied with Dallas and San Francisco)
2nd Most Conference Championships (7 - One behind Dallas)
Most Conference Championship Games (14 - tied with Dallas)
2nd Most Playoff Appearances (24 - One behind Dallas)
Most Division Championships (19)
2nd Most Winning Seasons (28 - tied with Dallas, one behind Miami)
3rd Fewest Losing Seasons (9 - tied with Denver, trailing Minnesota (8) and Miami (5))
2nd Best Regular Season Winning Percentage (0.607 - behind Miami's 0.610)
Best Playoff Winning Percentage (0.625 - tied with New England, excluding Baltimore's .636 in only 5 appearances)
Best Overall Winning Percentage (0.608)

Dallas is the only NFL franchise that comes close in all those categories.

Steelers. Easily.

That's the attitude the Eagles' fans had...I will be cheering for the Steelers as a Keystone Stater; however, I voted for Arizona, because I saw a team that has the tools and the ability to pull it off.
