I read on rivals where it looks like Liberty, Richmond, and a couple others might lose a commit to a bigger program. Hopefully you guys don't lose any of these late in the process like I know a few schools did last year.
That class is looking good! xthumbsupx

Hopefully we won't. I know Wagner is really drilling it into all the kids head and he has said if you don't TRULY want to come to WCU, then don't come. He is selling the program to where kids ARE wanting to come. What a difference a new head coach can make eh? xthumbsupx

HHS lineman Cook chooses WCU
Hendersonville senior lineman Wesley Cook had plenty of choices on where to go to college next season to play football, and in the end, he chose somewhere close to home.
Cook, who towers above his teammates at 6-8 and weighs 263 pounds, was a team captain for the Bearcats this season and was one of the major reasons they went 13-1 and advanced to the state semifinals.
On Tuesday night, Cook made a verbal commitment to play under coach Dennis Wagner at Western Carolina.
"I called the coach tonight and told him I wanted to play there," Cook said. "The biggest thing that impressed me the most about Western was their coaching staff and how they've turned that program around."
