Quietly, under the radar, and with a brutal non conference schedule, ISU is now 14-0 after a 22 point smackdown of 10-2 Creighton last night...Id expect them to finally get some serious love in the Top 25 real soon as their team is pretty damn good this year!!

Brutal non-conference schedule. That's a joke, right?

I'm glad someone is doing well in the Valley. Hopefully you guys keep it up so the Valley can get a ranked team.

UNI seems to be getting its act together. We beat SIU in Carbondale and just annihilated Wichita State. Thank the heavens Wichita State doesn't have a football team. I don't think I could handle their fans all year long.

Yes, brutal opponents such as 1-14 Houston Baptist or 3-8 Winston-Salem.

Combined Non-con record: 56-85

3 teams have winning records, and only one of those is better than 1 game over .500.

Note I'm not saying anything about SIU, we're awful this year, just telling you your non-con was crap. To compare, SIU's combined non-con record is 78-53. Problem is, we only beat 4 of them, and no, that's not counting the DII game.

You better get the auto-bid, because you probably don't have a chance otherwise.

btw, beating SIU in Carbondale is no longer a strange happening. Losing to Drake right now. This will be loss #3 at home on the year.

According to collegerpi.com they have the 308th strongest schedule and 62nd in the RPI. WKU had the 31st strongest schedule with a 44 RPI.

The RPI is updated every Tuesday.

With UNC's loss tonight, ISU is now one of just four undefeated teams left (the others being Pitt, Clemson and Wake Forest).

Good luck to the Cardinals.

They are the Redbirds. Thought I would clarify that before an ISU fan jumps on you, haha.

I figured the non-con thing was a joke, but yeah, beating Creighton and Evansville handily is no fluke.

I'm still getting used to Evansville not being the worst in the Valley. That is going to take some time.

Just transfer your knowledge of Indiana State terrible-ness in Football to Basketball. You'll be fine.

Oops, thanks for the clarification.
